One engagement for the whole family group
Nagaris puts every entity in a family group, including trusts, companies, SMSFs and individuals, on one proposal and one engagement letter. You price them together or entity by entity, and the client signs once for the whole group.

Why group-first
A typical family group might be John, Sarah, a family trust, a trading company and an SMSF. Handled entity by entity, that's five proposals, the same details typed five times, and five things to chase.
Nagaris starts from the group. One engagement covers every entity, so there's one document to send, one signature to collect and one place to see where it's up to.
What happens in practice
- Build the group. Type an ABN and the entity details fill in from the ABR. Add the trust, company, SMSF and individuals to the same proposal.
- Price it your way. Price the group as one package, entity by entity, or any combination. Billing follows the same choice: the group pays together, each entity pays its share, or you set your own split.
- Send one engagement letter. Every entity sits in the same letter. The client signs once for the entire group, on their phone, with no account or app.
- Payment and onboarding in the same step. When the client clicks Accept they sign and set up payment together, then complete ID, details and documents in the portal.
- The work starts. Jobs, services, budgets and tasks are created from the proposal line items and land in your team's queue, in XPM or straight from the engagement.
Renewals in one click
Rapid Rollover copies last year's engagement in one click and saves it as a draft. Adjust the fees or scope, then send.
Who it's for
Firms whose clients come in groups rather than as single taxpayers: business owners with trusts and companies, families with an SMSF, and the advisers who look after all of it. Donagh Chisholm, Accountant and Owner at Chisholm Accounting, sent six ethical letters on his first day using Nagaris.
How it connects to the rest of Nagaris
The proposal is the start of the client file. Signing uses Nagaris e-signatures. Payment details captured at acceptance flow into Payments. New-client steps run through client onboarding, including AML/CTF checks. Jobs created from the engagement show up in Workflow, where billing is read from the engagement rather than typed.
If you're writing or reviewing your letter wording, see the engagement letters guide and the family group engagement letter template. Both need to be adapted and reviewed by your firm.
What it costs
There's no fee per proposal or per client. Plans include unlimited users and engagements: Launch is $495 a month for up to 500 active clients, Growth is $1,595 a month for up to 2,000, and Scale is $2,995 a month for up to 5,000. Yearly billing saves 20%. Signatures are $1 a document.
